NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) is holding its next Primary Care Commissioning Committee meeting on Friday 11 August and members of the public are invited to attend.

The meeting is at Number One Riverside 11.30am-1.30pm. Held quarterly, these meetings are where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made about the commissioning of GP services in the Rochdale borough.

At August’s meeting the agenda will include the Primary Care Workforce Strategy and Rochdale’s transformation fund. There will also be updates from Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership; the HMR CCG finance team; and the Primary Care Finance, Contracts and Estates and Primary Care Innovation and Transformation sub-committees.

Public questions are welcome at the meeting and can either be submitted through the website on the Primary Care Commissioning Committee Meeting page or asked during the open questions slot at beginning of each meeting.

Members of the public attending the meetings are asked to report to reception on arrival at Number One Riverside.
