Details:

The Governing Body of NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) is meeting at Number One Riverside on Friday 16 March and members of the public are encouraged to attend.

At this meeting, attendees can expect to hear updates on the Kirkholt development; local health budgets for 2018/19; and quality and safeguarding. The board will also be discussing the CCG’s performance against NHS Constitution Performance & Activity measures and the organisations clinical priorities, as well as hearing general updates from the Chair, Dr Chris Duffy and Chief Officer, Simon Wootton.

This meeting, being held 10.30am -12.30pm, is where official CCG business is discussed and formal decisions are made about everything from policies to which health services will be commissioned.

Public questions are welcome and can either be submitted in advance, through the online form on the CCG’s website or asked during the open questions slot at the beginning of each meeting. We would ask people who have questions to ask at the meeting to arrive half an hour before the meeting, at 10am, so we are able to accurately capture the question as well as contact details to ensure a full response is provided. Our engagement lead will be available to discuss any other queries.

Please report to reception on arrival at Number One Riverside. It is requested that anyone submitting questions, in advance of the Governing Body meeting, does so at least 24 hours before the meeting commences. This will allow sufficient time for the question to be picked up and processed, before the meeting takes place.

The meeting takes place as follows:

Date: Friday 16 March 2018

Time: 10.30am -12.30pm

Venue: Training and Conference Suite, Number One Riverside, Smith St, Rochdale

Please be aware that following this meeting Governing Body will meet bi-monthly, the next meeting will therefore be Friday 18 May 2018.
