Details:
Create a plate of food fit for the Royals (like a mini afternoon tea).
Judging of the best 'plate' will take place at 4pm by our Mayor of Rochdale, Ian Duckworth.
You can also enjoy refreshments whilst your child paints a fantastic money box.
