Men, it's time to get serious about your health.

Castleton Health Centre will be holding a men's health day on Saturday 2 June between 9.00am and 12.00pm.

Come along for:

  • A full MOT including BP/Pulse/BMI/Diabetes
  • Protect your assets get yourself checked
  • Get up to speed on prostate and testicular cancer
  • Keep a spring in your step and stay active
  • Team talk - men's clubs
  • Mental health advice
