We have a number of opportunities in our Wards and Theatre teams and can offer flexibility to support you at every stage of your professional development including.

  • Flexible hours of work and training if you are looking to Return to Practice after a career break
  • Access to our Theatre Development Programme for qualified RNs to train as Theatre Practitioners
  • Surgical First Assistant courses to develop experienced Theatre Practitioners
  • Preceptorship and Mentoring for newly Qualified ODPs and RNs
