The Northern Care Alliance serves a population of over 1 million people and operates five hospitals and community services; Salford Royal, The Royal Oldham, Fairfield General Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary and North Manchester General Hospital. With an operating budget of £1.3bn, the Alliance provides the benefits of scale but delivers this locally through multiple hospital sites and local healthcare services.
Jim Potter, Chairman for the Northern Care Alliance NHS Group, said:
“We are extremely proud of our hospitals, community services and dedicated staff. The open events provide a great opportunity to showcase our fantastic work but to also listen to the people in our local communities to help us to further improve the experience for those using our services.”
