Details:

The Hornets Foundation are proud to announce that they will be hosting a series of holiday camps this Spring half term, in partnership with local community club Rochdale Mayfield.

The camps will take place on Monday 18 February and Tuesday 19 February at the Mayfield Sports Centre, Castleton, Rochdale.

  • Camp One - The first camp will be for Primary School children, aged between 8-11 on Monday 18 January
  • Camp Two - The second camp will be covering secondary school kids, aged between 12 and 16 on Tuesday 19 February.

The holiday camps are designed to introduce and expand on the fundamentals of rugby league, with our trained coaches putting on sessions that are built around the core skills of the game, teaching the kids how to play while always keeping fun at the heart of the camp.

Both days will run from 10am (registration 9:45 am) until 3pm and participants are asked to bring their own kit, lunch, snacks and drink. The sessions are very reasonably priced at just £5 per child per day.

Any questions about the holiday camps can be put to coach Kirsty Crehan on 07931 432470.

Entry fee: £5 per child per day
