Are you happy with the facilities at Smithy Bridge Station?

On Thursday 21 March the Friends of Littleborough Stations (FOLSs) are holding a Community Workshop Day to discuss improvements to Smithy Bridge Station.

The workshop will be held at Smithy Bridge Methodist Church from 10.00am to 3.00pm.  It is free and open to all, but places are limited and MUST be booked in advance.

FOLSs want to obtain a wide selection of views, including those of passengers who use the station and local residents. The workshop will involve small group work with plenty of time to share ideas and discuss possible improvements. FOLSs will be publishing the results and sharing them with rail partners.

If you are tired of standing in puddles in the passenger shelter or getting windswept standing on the wooden platforms, please get involved and help to improve your local station.

If you wish to attend this workshop on Thursday 21 March please email fols.secretary@icloud.com

Entry fee: Free but places are limited and MUST be booked in advance
