Littleborough Wellness Festival is a charity event hosted by Littleborough Ladies Circle and Tangent clubs, fundraising for and in partnership with Rochdale and District Mind.

We have both rooms booked throughout the day at Littleborough Cricket Club, with a full schedule of workshops and talks in the lounge, as well as therapies, crafts and stalls in the Willow Room.

Experience in The Lounge:

10.30am - Rochdale and District Mind welcome by Paula Hall
11am - Beginners Pilates (Littleborough Pilates & Yoga Studio)
11.30am - Mindfulness with Lorna Feeney (Brain Training Academy)
12noon - Chakradance, dynamic moving meditation to music
12.30pm - Dadsnet (Lancashire Dadsnet representative)
1pm - Andy's Man Club, #It'sOkToTalk
1.30pm - All One Collective (Information of services)
2pm - Real Kids Yoga (ages 5-12)
2.30pm - Kids Confidence Boosters
3pm - CBT & Self Help Techniques
3.30pm - Adults Confidence Boosters
4pm - Restorative Yoga with Danielle McCullough
4.30pm - Meditation Techniques with Michelle Gwynne Yoga

In the Willow Room:

Pamper yourself with Reiki & Massage, Eve Taylor Facials, Indian Head Massages, Crystal Therapy, Empathy Holistics, Mehndi Henna Art and Reflexology.

Create with Littleborough Stitch who will teach you how to knit & crochet and Kids Craft Corner where you can make calm down jars and dreamcatchers.

Treat yourself with Zen Crystals & Gifts, Body Shop, Usborne Books, Cupcakes, Candles and Melts, Sparkle Boutique, So Northern Creative, Tombola, Big Prize Raffle and Gohrt Nordic Bakery.

Entry fee: Suggested donation of £2 per person
