Heywood Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group’s (HMR CCG) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 11.30am – 12.15pm at Number One Riverside in Rochdale town centre.

The AGM will give the CCG the opportunity to discuss its achievements and challenges during 2018-19. This will include performance updates, activities and improvements, financial facts and figures and future plans and priorities for health and social care in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.

Copies of the Annual Report for the year will be available at the meeting.

Dr Chris Duffy, HMR CCG Chair and local GP said: “Our AGM is a fantastic opportunity for residents to get involved and learn more about our work. It will allow them to see for themselves what has been achieved throughout the year as well as talking about our plans for the future.

“The CCG has made excellent progress and has continued to build on closer working with Rochdale Borough Council and local partners to transform local health services in the borough.”

Anyone wishing to attend the AGM is asked to confirm their attendance by registering at Eventbrite or email us at; hmrcommunications@nhs.net or call us on 01706 652853.
