Details:

NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) is holding its next Governing Body meeting on Friday 15 November 2019 at Number One Riverside and members of the public are invited to attend and see NHS-decision making in action.

The Governing Body meeting is a meeting in public where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made about everything from policies to which health services will be commissioned.

Among the items on the meeting agenda are updates on the organisation’s financial position and the CCG’s performance against NHS Constitution performance and activity measures. Board members will also hear updates on the work of the various CCG committees.

Public questions are welcome at the meeting and can either be submitted through the website on the Governing Body page on the link below, or asked during the open questions slot at beginning of the meeting.

Members of the public attending the meeting are asked to report to reception on arrival at Number One Riverside. Anyone with a disability or any additional needs and requires assistance at the meeting is asked to please inform our Corporate Affairs and Governance Manager of their requirements in advance by emailing Helenchapman@nhs.net

It is requested that anyone submitting questions in advance of the Governing Body meeting does so at least 24 hours before the meeting commences. This will allow sufficient time for the question to be picked up and processed, before the meeting takes place.

We would also ask people who have questions to ask to arrive half an hour before the meeting begins, so we are able to accurately capture the question as well as contact details to ensure a full response is provided.

Entry fee: Free
