Norden beauty salon shortlisted for Beauty Salon of the Year

Date published: 08 July 2022

A Norden beauty salon has been named as a finalist in the second Great British Hair & Beauty Awards 2022.

The Lash Farm, Edenfield Road, is one of the shortlisted finalists for the ‘Beauty Salon of the Year’ category and will find out if they will be crowned winner and take the trophy home later this week.

Kristina Dale, owner of The Lash Farm in Norden, said: “I’m so proud how far my business has come especially surviving through the last couple of years. It’s an honour that my clients have nominated me for this award.”

Kristina opened The Lash Farm in August 2019. Before that, the business started as a hobby. Kristina began offering mobile services which led to renting a room in a salon and ultimately, her own premises. She has also recently started her own lash brand, creating products for other technicians to use.

The Great British Hair and Beauty Awards 2022 are an exclusive celebration of the hair and beauty gurus that operate in the country. The awards are organised by Oceanic Events but voted for by the public who nominated their favourite salons and go-to professionals.

The awards will take place on Sunday 10 July, at Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel.
