Danielle Magiera has started her own business, NEST Estates
A new independent estate agent opened in Norden on Saturday 22 April.
NEST Estates, which covers residential properties in the Rochdale and Heywood areas, has opened next to the Easy Street gym and is run by Danielle Magiera.
Danielle started out as a local estate agent 10 years ago, working her way up to associate partner.
She said: “I decided earlier this year it was time to do something new and for myself.
“I've always been really passionate about the level of service and so I wanted to open an agency where that is the core focus and I could be the main point of contact throughout my client’s journey.
“I'm a local girl, born in Rochdale and as much stick as it gets, I am really passionate about the place.”
Currently Danielle employs a local photographer and administrator and will be joined by a negotiator in June.
