New extraction system fitted at Tribez Steak & Grill

Date published: 08 June 2023

A new extraction system has been fitted at Tribez Steak & Grill in the centre of Rochdale.

The steakhouse, which opened in December, closed from 22-27 May to allow repairs to a faulty extraction system.

Shortly after the grand opening of their flagship restaurant in the town centre, Tribez discovered a “major flaw” in their extraction system.

Recognising the urgency of the situation, they immediately sought repair services, spending over £12,000 to rectify the issue: the expected two-day repair job extended to a gruelling seven days.

However, the steakhouse has since taken further steps to “finally resolve” the extractor issue, spending an additional £22,000.

A spokesperson for Tribez said: “This time, Tribez closed the restaurant for a week to ensure a smooth installation process, leaving no room for miscommunication or unexpected delays.

“As a result, the extraction system issue was finally resolved, and Tribez could resume operations with improved functionality and increased customer satisfaction.”

Tribez offers an African-themed cuisine, as well as other popular dishes that cater to all customers, including lamb chops and peri-peri wings.
