Zen Internet has won its tenth PC Pro Best ISP award

Date published: 12 September 2013

Zen Internet, one of the UK’s leading Internet Service Providers (ISP), has been awarded PC Pro Best ISP for the tenth time.

These awards are the most comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability in the UK and Europe and are compiled from the UK’s largest independent survey of IT customer satisfaction.

Zen Internet achieved 95% for customer support, 95% for reliability, 79% value for money, 89% for speed and 97% for recommending to a friend, with an overall score of 91%.

“This year’s broadband Excellence award is something of a landmark for Zen Internet – the 10th successive year the widely admired ISP has claimed the prize. That’s no small achievement for the Rochdale-based company, which punches well above its weight in a market that’s dominated by a handful of enormous multinationals.” PC Pro.

Richard Tang, Managing Director Zen Internet, said: “It’s fantastic to have won this award for an amazing ten years running. Our mission is to provide the best ISP service in the UK, and would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support, especially those who took the time to vote for us.”

“It is the hard work and commitment of the entire team at Zen, especially our Technical Support and Customer Services teams that has given us our success at the PC Pro awards over the last ten years. At Zen we have remained focussed on providing quality products backed by excellent customer service and believe that this provides real value for our customers,” added Richard.
