Lemonpark Construction in voluntary liquidation
Date published: 21 May 2008
Heywood-based Lemonpark Construction is in voluntary creditors' liquidation, owing £4.2m to creditors, including nearly £2m to trade creditors and £439,000 each to three directors - Michael Russell and brothers Michael and Christopher Drogan.
Crain's Business News reports that a source close to Lemonpark said the company has been dissolved following a management decision that had “cost the company millions”. According to Crain's, Lemonpark declined to comment.
Lemonpark Construction Ltd and MMC Developments Ltd (MMC Developments Ltd is the UK based landowner of the former TBA site) are connected companies and share common directors, and at times worked on the same projects.
