Videography Award Winner

David Howles who has worked with the rich and famous, has now won the best videography award from the Institute of Videography, the top accolade from his own peers.

David received the best videography award for his work with Business Post, a training video advising staff how to handle dangerous goods in transit.

Shutters Video was established in 1984 by David Howles and has a excellent reputation locally, nationally and internationally. This reputation has been earned because of the clarity of sound and vision, the creativity, and the meticulous attention to detail used in both filming and editing. All footage is skilfully filmed on high quality state of the art equipment.

Shutters Video have wide experience of filming corporate, promotional, and training videos, and corporate events.

David has enjoyed working with celebrities, including comedians Frank Carson, Les Dawson and Jimmy Cricket and recording the wedding of Rochdale's Lisa Stansfield at Sacred Heart Church.

He is a member of the Rochdale chapter of networking organisation, Business Network International, which meets every Tuesday at the Town Hall between 6.30am and 8.30am.

Another member of the chapter, Julie Holden, who lives and works in Oldham for Travel Counsellors, has been recognised by the prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise, winning the Innovation Award for the delivery of a personalised consultancy service to travel customers.
