Ryder & Dutton named UK and region’s best large estate agent for a second year

Date published: 18 November 2015

Estate agents Ryder & Dutton has scooped two prestigious regional and national awards for the second year running.

The firm, which has an office in Rochdale town centre, beat competition from across the UK to land two 2015 titles at the Negotiator Magazine’s annual awards in London.

The double success follows similar wins in 2014 when Ryder & Dutton scooped the North-West and UK titles.

Richard Powell, a director with Ryder & Dutton, said: “To scoop the coveted national award for Estate Agency of the Year for a second year running is a phenomenal achievement.

“Until recently the award has been retained by agents in London and the south, so for a northern-based firm to be recognised by leading industry experts as the best agent in the country once again is an outstanding achievement.

“We were up against some stiff competition and this award recognises the hard work, dedication and combined effort of everyone within our organisation.

“We wish to thank every member of our team who has helped make 2015 another year to be extremely proud of.”

Judges said the firm was “highly innovative, refreshing, open-minded and pushing every boundary — clear winners in their region.

“It is an independent agency that stands at the forefront of estate agency technology while understanding the need for high quality customer care,” they said.
