Last phase of homes from Simple Life released in Rochdale

The leading provider of new build homes for the private rental sector, Simple Life, has developed 264 new family homes in Rochdale after investing £35m in the area, they are now reaching the end of the initial lease up stage. These four developments have proved extremely popular and now there are only a few available properties left.

With two, three and four-bedroom homes which have been built by Countryside, these developments offer high quality homes exclusively for rent.

The homes are perfect for young professionals and growing families who are looking to rent. Simple Life are close to completing homes on four sites in Rochdale

Simple Life has an ambitious Corporate Responsibility Programme, they support local schools to their developments to help fund projects such as new libraries, playground equipment and school trips.
