The monthly market is a regular highlight of Rochdale’s event calendar, with the next falling on 10 February - just in time for the most romantic day of the year.

Numerous independent stalls will be offering a variety of the north west’s very best hand-crafted food products and unique treasures at the Valentine’s pop-up market – the perfect opportunity to find the ideal Valentine’s Day present for the special someone in your life.

If you’re a traditional romantic at heart, you’re probably thinking of wooing your Valentine with the tried-and-tested classic gift of chocolates and flowers – accompanied with a handmade card, of course! – all of which can be found in one easy visit to the pop-up market.

Think flowers and chocolates are more than a bit cliché? Fear not, as each local vendor will offer a variety of unique handmade crafts and thoughtful tokens of affection suited to anyone’s love language.

Celebrating ‘Galentine’s Day’ instead with your friends? Spread the love and treat yourself (and the girls!) to some thoughtful goodies for an occasion of pampering, fun and friendship.

A special Valentine’s love heart also provides the ideal prop for some fantastic photo opportunities with your loved ones.

Love truly will be all around as children of all ages will have the opportunity to make their very own Valentine’s Day card and have their faces painted.
