Rochdale AFC’s 24/25 season cards now on general sale

Date published: 10 June 2024

Following a renewal period for existing holders, all Rochdale AFC supporters now have the chance to purchase a season card and join the New Era.

Following confirmation of the takeover by the Ogden Family earlier this summer, the sense of excitement for the club’s future across the Dale fanbase and wider community is palpable.

Securing your season card for the 24/25 campaign is one of the first and most vital ways that you can join Dale on their exciting new journey.

All the information on the club’s 2024/25 season cards can be found below.

Prices

Season cards are available to purchase from £200 – which equates to just £8.70 per game.

Prices have risen for the first time in four years, but still offer fantastic value for a 23-match season.

Throughout the years, the club have endeavoured to keep season card prices as low as possible to the benefit of our fantastic, loyal fanbase. Despite this year’s rise, our prices are still amongst the cheapest in the National League and local area.

The increase in this year’s prices will see an increase in revenue which will help us as we strive to become sustainable.

This income is vital to the running of the club. However, we are keen to still provide superb value for our supporters, which we believe our season cards offer.

  • Youth (21 and under) £90
  • Junior (under 14s) £30
  • Senior (65+over) £170

Digital Season Cards

For the 2024/25 campaign, supporters will be able to use the Rochdale AFC Mobile Digital Ticketing App.

This will allow supporters to scan their phones at the turnstiles to gain entry to the stadium.

This includes season card holders, with their digital season card being held in the app.

We are encouraging all supporters to use this feature, saving on printing costs, reducing purchase time, and avoiding the loss of tickets/cards.

Further information, including how to download and use the app, can be found HERE.

Physical season cards will still be available to supporters, but a £5 administration charge will be applied at the time of purchase.

How to Buy

Season cards are available to purchase online, in-person at the Crown Oil Arena, or over the phone on 01706644648 (option one).

When purchasing online, existing season card holders will require the barcode from their 2023/24 card to log-in to the ticketing system. This will pull through your details and existing seat to renew.

Finance

Supporters can spread the cost of their season card with a finance package from Premium Credit.

Payments will be taken in four monthly instalments. Click HERE for full details, including how to apply.

Please note, Premium Credit Finance is only available to persons aged 18-and-over and is subject to credit approval.

Collection/Postage

If you have purchased a physical season card and require this to be posted to your chosen address, this will cost £7.25, plus the £5 charge for a physical card detailed above.

Details on how and when to collect your season cards will be confirmed in due course.

Executive Season Card

Existing supporters who hold an executive season card will be contacted separately regarding their renewal.

Further details on how these can be purchased, along with seasonal hospitality packages, will be confirmed in due course.

Junior Season Cards

To qualify for a junior season card, youngsters must be aged 13 on 1 September 2024 (i.e., in Year 9 or below of secondary school). Proof of age may be required at the time of purchase.

They are only available when purchasing an adult/senior season card. Sales in the Main Stand are restricted to 100, so please purchase early to avoid disappointment. A maximum of six junior season cards can be purchased with every adult season card.

These can be purchased online, over the phone and in-person at the Dale Ticket Office.

Seats for Schools

We’re pleased to confirm that our successful Seats For Schools initiative will continue for the 2024/25 season.

Full details will be confirmed in due course.

Exiles Season Card

An exiles season card allows access to ten home league matches of their choice, starting from just £120.

Supporters can choose their allotted seat for the 2023/24 campaign.

They are available to those living beyond 50 miles of the Crown Oil Arena.

Supporters will be required to provide proof of address on purchase. Please note, exiles season cards are only available to purchase in-person or over the phone.

Existing exile season card holders can renew in the priority window detailed above.

Disabled Supporters

Disabled supporters pay the relevant price band with their carer free of charge.

Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in receipt of the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance or enhanced rate of PIP. Documented evidence will be required at the time of purchase.

Carers of supporters with a higher rate of DLA or enhanced rate of PIP will be issued with a free carer card.

Please contact the Ticket Office, either in-person or over the phone, to purchase. These are not available online.

Away Game / Cup Priority

Where possible and when required, season card holders will have priority on purchasing tickets for away matches and cup ties.

Some National League clubs only offer away tickets via their online platforms, in which case we cannot offer priority.

However, in cases we identify as requiring a priority window, we will endeavour to offer this. This will be communicated on a game-by-game basis.

Your Card

Your Card will once again offer a perfect alternative to a season card, for supporters who can’t make it all home league matches.

Purchased at £25, it continues to offer £5 off matchday admission prices. These will be available to buy online, as well as in-person or over the phone.

Matchday Prices

Matchday ticket prices for the 2024/25 campaign will also remain the same as last season.

Click HERE for full details on prices.

Lost Tickets

In recent seasons, we have seen an increase in the number of season card holders who have lost or forgotten their card on a matchday, requiring a replacement ticket to be printed.

From the 2024/25 season onwards, supporters who have lost or forgotten their physical season card will be charged the price of a match ticket for their relevant stand/age band. This will then be refunded in the days following a match, once analysis has been undertaken to ensure the season card has not been scanned.

Supporters who lose their season card and require a new one will be charged £15, and their previous card will be cancelled. However, this will not be actioned on a matchday.

Stand Swapping

Season card holders do have the option of swapping stands for most matchdays at the Crown Oil Arena.

From the 2024/25 season, there will be a blanket £10 fee per match to do so, regardless of which stands you are swapping between.
