Love in the air? Rochdale Wedding Show returns

If you’re recently engaged, then what better way to embrace the season than by starting your own planning process, but where do you start? Help is here - Rochdale Wedding Show returns to the town hall on Sunday 4 October.

Promising everything you need to organise your perfect wedding with the help of the regions finest local suppliers, the day will feature fabulous catwalk shows and over 45 experts specialising in everything from stunning dresses and cakes to classic cars and entertainment. Entry is free.

Visitors will get the chance to see the newly refurbished Register Office, the ceremony room and the stunning town hall venue. Rochdale's Grade One Victorian Gothic town hall is renowned worldwide for its unique architecture and is a popular wedding venue, with its gardens being the perfect backdrop for wedding photos.

Event partner Marks and Spencer, alongside Brides of Rochdale and Denis Hope will stage catwalk fashion shows during the event at 12.30pm and 2.30pm, featuring their latest collections.

Event Manager Sue Milne said it’s an unmissable event for brides and grooms to be, as well as their friends and families: “It’s the ultimate wedding shopping experience, where you can buy, book and hire everything you need for your special day. A visit will save months of planning and offer endless ideas to create that dream wedding, all under one roof. And unlike many of the other big shows, entry is free.”

Rochdale Wedding Show is s a must-attend event for every bride-to-be whether you’re dreaming of a fairy-tale occasion or seeking a more cutting edge affair. There will be exclusive offers and discount packages available on the day and in between wedding planning, you can take afternoon tea or make a pit stop in the recently extended Zodiac Bar.

Marks and Spencer offers free in-store collection. Order clothing, beauty or homeware online before 12pm and they will deliver it to the Rochdale store for you to pick up the next day.
