Norden’s Jubilee Park enjoyed ‘outstanding’ success this week representing the Borough in the RHS ‘Britain In Bloom’ awards achieving a maximum level five 'Outstanding' for the North West ‘It’s Your Neighbourhood’ category.
The judges were particularly impressed with the new planting in the park and the community involvement.
Paul Ellison and Phil Starr were on hand to receive the recognition at Southport.
