Miss Photogenic - Claire Renton
Claire Renton has won Miss Photogenic at the Ultimate Beauty of the World pageant in Belfast.
The Middleton beauty queen beat 17 others in her age category to win the title, chosen by official photographer for the contest, Gillian Abraham.
She said: “I didn’t expect to win, so I was very surprised but happy about it. We had so much fun; it was lovely to meet people from all over the world. To win just made it even more special, it doesn’t seem real.”
The competition took place over 22 and 23 April, with rehearsals and the ‘pink pageant’ on Saturday followed by an interview and competition on Sunday.
She added: “I enjoyed every minute of it and I am so thankful to everybody who supported me and helped me raise this, without the support I wouldn't have been able to do it.”
