Invitation to take part in a ‘Festival of Friendship’

Date published: 10 July 2017

Rochdale Youth Service is planning an event called ‘Festival of Friendship’ as part of their summer programme and are inviting groups to take part.

Rochdale Festival of Friendship will be an opportunity for us all to embrace and celebrate the positivity of living in a diverse borough.

Youth Service staff are currently planning the programme for the day catering for all ages including various inflatable activities, games, sports, face painting, henna painting, refreshments and young people services information stall.

Throughout the event groups and activities, such as dance, music, drama, poetry, magic, or whatever ‘act’ young people and the wider community would like to perform on the stage will be showcased.

If your group would like to take part please confirm your interest by 22 July.
