Milnrow Beer Festival

The Milnrow Beer Festival got off to a great start with several of the sponsors helping to pull pints.
All the money raised will go to the Youth Cricket Section.
Allen Brett, Bar Secretary, said he now had to sell over 1,500 pints or the club would have quite a headache. The sponsorship nearly covers the cost of the beer but not the cider and food.
The festival is today (Sunday 7 February) from 12.00 noon to 10.00pm with five types of cider and the twenty different real ales.
