Anthony Paul Bennett DOB 13/10/73 of no fixed abode has been charged with the murder Joseph O'Hanlon. He will appear at Manchester City Magistrates Court on Saturday (7 May).
At around 4.20pm on Monday 2 May 2016 police were called to a flat in Town Mill Brow, College Bank Way, Rochdale to reports that a man's body had been found.
Officers attended and discovered the body of 61-year-old Joseph O'Hanlon.
