Lord Greaves visits Matthew Moss High School

Lord Greaves, a member of the House of Lords for the Liberal Democrats, visited Matthew Moss High School on Friday 13 May to help their understanding of parliament and how democracy works in the UK.

He talked to the year 7s about the role of the House of Lords in parliament. 

He then listed to and critiqued Matthew Moss’s Debate Club who discussed the UK's position in the EU.

Matthew Moss students asked thoughtful questions and the day was enjoyed by all.
