Hairdressing competition based on either a historical, fantasy or occasion theme
Leah Pomfret won the 'Creating an Image' hairdressing competition at Holy Family College.
As part of their hairdressing qualification, Year 10 students each decided on a theme based on either a historical, fantasy or occasion look and created a mood board of ideas for their final hairstyle and mask.
A spokesperson for the college said: "Work produced by the students was of a very high standard and judging was extremely difficult.
"After much deliberation an overall winner was identified as Leah Pomfret with her wedding theme. There were three other looks that came joint second place and these were Bailie Wolstenholme with a festival theme, Bayleigh Robinson (Siddal Moor Student) with a 1950s theme and Serena Corns (Siddal Moor Student) with a prom theme."
