Date published: 01 October 2016

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace Ian McFadden (04/02/63), a sex offender from Middleton.

McFadden is wanted for failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register.

He was released from prison in 2011, after being convicted for sex offences in March 2001.

He has links to the Middleton area.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked not to approach him but to contact police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
