Girlguiding: 30 years service award for Jean Clegg

Jean Clegg, a former Brownie Leader at St James, has been presented with a 30 year service award and certificate having completed three decades of service to guiding.
Since stepping down as a Brownie Leader, Jean has joined the Trefoil Guild and maintained a key role within the Heywood Division of Girlguiding, currently acting as the Division Secretary.
Heywood. Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and The Senior Section, along with the Trefoil Guild, witnessed Jean receive her award at the recently held World Thinking Day.
Division Commissioner, Alyson Quinn: “I’ve known Jean for many years, I am so proud to be able to give her this service award. She is a key member of the Heywood Division executive team and I hope to keep working alongside her for years to come.”
