Man rescued from fire at Walter Kershaw's studio on Todmorden Road

A man was rescued from a fire at a flat and shop on Todmorden Road, Littleborough at 6.00am on Friday (10 March).

The was man was suffering from smoke inhalation. He was treated by the ambulance service.

Three fire engines from Rochdale and Heywood attended.

A local resident said: "There has been a fire at Walter Kershaw's studio in Littleborough this morning. Todmorden Road was closed for a bit and I understand an ambulance attended."
