Former Rochdale Observer building
The former Rochdale Observer building on Drake Street goes under the hammer at an auction at the AJ Bell Stadium in Salford on Wednesday 26 April.
The former 14,400 square foot print house (Lot 19) has a guide price of £200,000 and comes with planning permission for 28 residential units.
The building has been empty since the newspaper left the town eight years ago.
Nick Green, Auctioneer with Edward Mellor Property Auctions, commented: “The Rochdale print works offers a lot of potential for anyone interested in giving it a new lease of life."
