More complaints about Pembroke Court

Date published: 10 May 2017

Residents are again complaining about the Pembroke Court building as cement is running into drains on Alma Street, Rochdale.

A resident said: “This is the back of Pembroke Court, it was a nice residence for the elderly, now it’s an eyesore.”

This is not the first time there have been complaints about the building, in July 2015 Rochdale Online twice reported about complaints from residents:

A spokesperson for Rochdale Council said: “There are no planning applications or current building regulations work taking place here. We’ll ask the highways team to have a look at what's happening with the run-off on to the road and pavement.”
