Danielle Evans to skydive for Springhill Hospice

Date published: 24 May 2017

Danielle Evans is taking on a tandem skydive to raise money for Springhill Hospice on Saturday 16 September.

She is taking on the skydive in memory of her late Great Aunt Sylvia Ellis, from Rochdale, who died in January.

Ms Ellis was diagnosed with cancer of her oesophagus last year and was given approximately three months to live.

Danielle said: “I’m taking on the skydive to raise as much money as possible for the incredible people at Springhill Hospice who made her last few months, weeks, days and hours the happiest they could possibly be.

“I would love to give back to this amazing charity and consequently help other families to receive the same ongoing care.”

Danielle adds the skydive is in reflection of her ‘fun-loving’ aunt, who always lived her life to the fullest.
