Jack Charles Thomas charged with causing death of Talaina Hussain by dangerous driving

Jack Charles Thomas has been charged following the death of Talaina Hussain as a result of a collision on Dewhirst Road, Rochdale.
Thomas (22/12/1997), of Rochdale, has been charged with causing the death of Talaina by dangerous driving and bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Tuesday 11 July 2017.
At around 9.30pm on Monday 14 November 2016, police were called to reports of a collision involving a green Peugeot 206 and a wall on Dewhirst Road, Syke.
Emergency services attended and the front seat passenger of the car, 18-year-old Talaina Hussain, was taken to hospital where she died on Wednesday 16 November.
