Reuse Littleborough would like cast-off uniforms
Date published: 13 July 2017
Reuse Littleborough would like your cast off school uniforms.
White shirts, blouses and polo's, dark coloured shorts, pants and skirts, black shoes, pumps, school bags, PE kits, football strips, sports equipment.
Maybe you could part with, pencil cases, pens, crayons, markers, chalk, lunch boxes.
Jumpers, cardigans, sweatshirts, jackets, ties or caps can't be used.
Every uniform gets a child into education.
Michael Bamford of Reuse Littleborough said: "Be cheeky, ask the Head for the lost property box, it will only get emptied ready for next year.
"If you can be a collector at your school we will collect from you or from the school.
"We would love the teachers to get involved so that the children can understand the importance of passing on their unwanted uniforms.
"We still need all things baby, up to five years, clothes, toiletries and preschool toys.
"If you run a group and would like a presentation, pictures and video, of what we do, how we do it and why, please contact me, Michael Bamford."
