Middleton in Bloom to host scarecrow contest
Date published: 21 September 2017
Scarecrow contest
Despite the falling leaves on the trees, Middleton in Bloom remains flourishing as they prepare for a scarecrow contest in October.
Taking place for the very first time this year, schools and community groups, and anyone who would like to create a scarecrow are invited to take part.
There will also be fun and games, plus a potato pie supper for the entries, which will be judged by the Middleton in Bloom team at Springvale Youth Centre between 6pm and 9pm on Tuesday 24 October.
Please drop your Scarecrows off at Springvale no later than Friday 20 October.
