Attempted break in at RSPCA Charity shop on Oldham Road

Rochdale RSPCA has been targeted in an attempted second break in, this time at their charity shop on Oldham Road.

On Monday, staff discovered thieves had attempted to break into the Oldham Road shop, the same day heartless thieves caused hundreds of pounds’ worth of damage to their premises shop on Yorkshire Street:

CCTV footage from a neighbouring shop has captured two men attempting to rip open a security shutter to the shop’s rear late on Sunday afternoon (26 November).

An RSPCA representative said: “Late on Monday afternoon, we discovered there had been an attempted break in at another one of our charity shops on Oldham Road. The damage has been repaired and the matter reported to the police.”
