Rochdale council leader, Allen Brett, cuts the ribbon at Mill Gardens
Councillor Allen Brett, the leader of Rochdale Borough Council, cut the ribbon at Mill Gardens in Heywood last week, a new 28-home development.
Councillors Brett, Beswick, Rush and Dutton, as well representatives from The Guinness Partnership, were invited to tour the 1.25-hectare site being developed by Linden Homes and opened the show home.
Sian Pitt, head of sales at Linden Homes North West, said: “We were delighted to welcome the councillors to tour the development.”
