Mayor and Mayoress, Ian and Christine Duckworth reopen the refurbished Village Medical Centre
The Mayor and Mayoress, Ian and Christine Duckworth, officially reopened the refurbished Village Medical Centre in Littleborough on Saturday.
Gail Whitehead, Chief Officer, GP Care Services, said: “We are extremely thankful to have a team of staff, who have been with us every step of the way, so this day could finally arrive.
"We started working with The Village Medical Centre to make a real difference to the practice patients and its staff. We are committed to meeting the needs of our patients, wherever they are and no matter how well or sick they may be. This drive pushed us through the toughest times, and the complete refurbishment of your local practice is a huge step forward in making sure we always meet those needs.
“We really want thank everyone who attended for their support and help in making a start in getting to know our community better and launching the refurbishment of The Village Medical Centre.”
