Rochdale Heartbeat present a defibrillator for residents of Milnrow

The residents of Milnrow now have a defibrillator in Milnrow Memorial Park thanks to Rochdale Heartbeat.

Pam Wiseman from Rochdale Heartbeat said: “The funding for this defibrillator was a joint effort by Friends of Milnrow Park, donations and sponsorship and Rochdale Heartbeat.

“The defibrillator presentation at Milnrow Park was attended by Councillor Irene Davidson, Ian Douglas, Heartbeat member, Pam Wiseman, Heartbeat Treasurer, Trevor Winn, Heartbeat member, Sue Ridgard, Heartbeat Secretary and Friends of Milnrow Park.

“Since 2012 Rochdale Heartbeat have donated 32 defibrillators to local schools, sports venues and churches."
