Beech House School recognised in this year’s annual Parliamentary Review

Beech House School
Beech House School has been named as one of 12 schools in the north leading the way in education, recognised in this year’s annual Parliamentary Review.
Founded in 1850, the school is an independent co-educational school for students aged two to 16.
The Parliamentary Review, a key feature in the political calendar, is a series of independent publications, which aims to share best practice among policy makers, business leaders and become a vital learning tool to both the public and private sector.
It highlights significant successes, developments and concerns for school leaders up and down the country.
Principal Kevin Sartain said: “We are delighted to be included in the Parliamentary Review for the second time in seven years, reflecting the hard work put in by staff and pupils alike.”
Mr Sartain has also been invited to the House of Commons for the reception to celebrate this honour in November.
It is the fourth time in the last seven years he has been invited to such an event as one of the leading headteachers in the country.
