The event was very well attended with lots of fun activities
The New Pioneers Project at Spotland Community Centre hosted its celebrations for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on 31 May.
Led by Daisy Silva, the event was very well attended with lots of fun activities such as face painting, henna painting and food and drink. There was lots of singing and dancing and everyone had a great time.
Centre manager Asghar Ali said: “Spotland Community Centre would like to thank everyone who attended and helped host the event.”
The New Pioneers Team, funded by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and Rochdale Borough Council, supports residents from Lower Falinge and College Bank to pursue their professional and personal aspirations.
