It also has a number of registered services that provide personal care with, and without, nursing care.

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events held throughout the UK and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector.  The awards pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.

Of Future Directions, judges said: "This company was excellent in showcasing that their staff always come first.

"They are willing to go that extra step to make sure everyone is happy within the workplace whether that be by delivering goodies in the office, team days out or simply offering them an additional level of support."
