Dispersal order for Rochdale town centre after ‘groups of youths’ reported to be fighting

One person has been arrested after ‘groups of youths’ were reported to be fighting in the Rochdale Interchange on Wednesday evening (6 December).
Police said the arrest came after youths reportedly fighting in the town centre bus station.
A dispersal order for a 500m radius around the Interchange was put in place until 7am on Thursday morning (7 December), allowing police to ask people to leave the area.
