Rochdale man charged after teenager attacked with substance in Stockport

Two people have been charged with various offences following an investigation into reports of a teenager being attacked with a substance in Stockport, on 24 March.
Gilson Martins, 22, from Rochdale, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, conspiracy to cause GBH with intent, two counts of possession of a corrosive substance, and aggravated burglary.
Stephen Wheeler, 47, from Stockport, has been charged with conspiracy to cause GBH with intent.
Both have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Crown Court on 17/05/2024.
Officers are continuing to work on the investigation, and have asked anyone with information to please come forward.
