The cast of Mother Goose in the Exchange Shopping Centre
The cast of Mother Goose have made an appearance in Rochdale town centre ahead of their upcoming performances.
The Pennine Panto Players, previously the Rochdale Infirmary Players, donned their costumes to give shoppers a taste of the show, sell tickets and raise much needed funds for charity.
The group changed its name last summer after more than 30 years, following changes at the Infirmary.
Each year the players put on a pantomime to raise money for worthy causes. This year funds raised will be split between the North West Air Ambulance and Birch Hill Eye ward.
Group member Kelly Fenton, said: “All the cast are looking forward to the show and for some it is their first time on stage.”
The pantomime runs from Friday 3 to Sunday 4 February 2012 at Falinge Park High School.
