Man punched in face

A man was punched in the face outside a takeaway in Heywood.
Sometime between 9.00pm and 9.45pm on Sunday 25 August 2013, two men left the Cheeky Chicken takeaway on Bridge Street and one of them punched a 40-year-old man in the face.
The man suffered a black eye.
The two offenders are described as slim white men in their early 20s. One had blond hair and the other had short black hair.
Police are appealing for information and witnesses.
Detective Constable Charlotte Humphries said: "This was an unprovoked assault which happened on the Sunday night of the bank holiday weekend. We are appealing to anyone who may have been near Cheeky Chicken that night who may have seen what happened to get in touch with police."
