Ajaz Ahmed sentenced to three years in prison

Ajaz Ahmed of Drake Street, Rochdale has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to commit burglary.
Ahmed was recruited by Darryl Kennedy from Salford to act as a driver on burglaries he was committing.
He was arrested in connection with a raft of break ins including nine in Grappenhall, eight in Thelwall, two in Lymm and two in Stockton Heath.
He was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary between 1 April and 31 December 2013.
Ahmed was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on Friday (15 August).
